Hotspot On (Wifi w/o Root)

Are you tired of paying your carrier to use your device as a mobile Wifi Hotspot? Hotspot On frees you from these costly restrictions.Tested on Verizon Galaxy Nexus (4.1) and Verizon Galaxy Note II (4.1). Hotspot On MAY or MAY NOT work on other devices but you should be able to test wifi and return within the 15 minute refund window. Does not yet support tethering.
